Create the National Park "The Impenetrable". Sanctioned: October 22, 2014 Enacted: October 30, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Acceptance of the cession of jurisdiction effected by the province of Chaco to the national state by the provincial law 7317 sanctioned on November 6, 2013 by the Chamber of Deputies of the Province of Chaco (Official Journal of the Province of Chaco Nº 9576), on the lands identified in that law, whose name and limits are described in Annex I and are represented graphically in Annex II, "Croquis de detail of cession of jurisdiction".

Article 2 °-In compliance with the law of the province of Chaco 7317 already mentioned, and meeting the requirements laid down by national law 22.351-Legal Regime of National Parks, Natural Monuments and Reserves Nationals-create the national park "the Impenetrable", under the terms of said law, which shall be made up of the lands referred to in Article 1 ° and in Annexes I and II of this law, which represent an approximate area of one hundred Thirty thousand hectares (130,000 hectares).

Article 3-Acceptance of the resolutive condition provided for in Article 3 of the law of the province of Chaco 7317 mentioned above.

ARTICLE 4 °-This law will give for the acceptance of the land domain once the expropriation provided by law 6928 of the Chaco province has been perfected, and the property has been formally transferred to the national state, without the need for Subsequent agreement between the national state and the province of Chaco.

ARTICLE 5-The Administration of National Parks must carry out, through the respective services performed by professionals with responsibility in agrimensura, the acts of the parcelary uprising, which determine in the field the outer limits The "Impenetrable" National Park, with the authority to register the areas transferred to the Registry of the Inmovable Property of the province of Chaco, pursuant to the provisions of Article 1810 of the Civil Code.
