Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Approval. Sanctioned: October 29, 2014 Enacted: November 12, 2014
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1-Approve the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child relating to a Communications Procedure adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 19 December 2011, which consists of of twenty-four (24) articles, the authenticated copy of which is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-NINE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
