International Convention for the Control and Management of the Water of the Lastre and the Sediments of the Ships. Approval. Sanctioned: November 12, 2014 Enacted: November 28, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION FOR THE CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF BALLAST WATER AND SEDIMENT OF SHIPS, held in London-UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND-13 February 2004, consisting of VEINTIDES (22) Articles, ONE (1) Annex and TWO (2) Appendices, the authenticated photocopy of which is part of this Law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWELVE DAYS OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
