The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1 °-Denominese "President Dr. Raul Ricardo Alfonsin" to the building belonging to the General Audit of the Nation, located in Avenida Rivadavia N ° 1,745 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the Executive Branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWELVE DAYS OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
