The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1-Approve the MONTEVIDEO PROTOCOL ON COMMITMENT TO DEMOCRACY IN MERCOSUR (USHUAIA II), signed in the city of Montevideo-EASTERN REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY-on December 20, 2011, consisting of twelve (12) articles, whose authenticated copy is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE NINETEENTH DAY OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
