Create the "Special Fund for the Dissemination of the Fight Against Gender Violence." Free telephone line with national scope "144". Sanctioned: November 19, 2014 Enacted in Fact: December 15, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-The purpose of this law is the dissemination and publicity of the free telephone line with national scope "144", for the attention of questions of gender-based violence, available twenty-four (24) hours of every day of the year.

ARTICLE 2-All information issued through the audiovisual media services on episodes of gender-based violence will include an express mention of the toll-free telephone line "144", which is intended to contain information and information. to provide advice on existing resources in the field of gender-based violence prevention against women and those who suffer from it.

Article 3 °-The oversight and verification of compliance with the provisions of this law by the providers of audiovisual media services should be carried out by the Federal Authority for Audiovisual Communication Services.

ARTICLE 4 °-The Federal Authority for Audiovisual Communication Services shall have the application of the penalties applicable in the event of an infringement of this law in accordance with the provisions of Article 103 (1) (c) and (2) Point (c) of Law 26.522 of Audiovisual Communication Services.

ARTICLE 5-Create the "Special Fund for the Dissemination of the Fight against Gender Violence", with the purpose of publicizing the rights enshrined in Law 26,485 of " Integral Protection to Prevent, Punish, and Eradicate Violence Against Women. women in the areas in which their interpersonal relations develop. " The resources of the Fund shall be those resulting from the application of the penalties corresponding to the infringement in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Article.

ARTICLE 6-The Federal Authority for Audiovisual Communication Services will transfer annually the totality of the resources that constitute the "Special Fund for the Dissemination of the Fight against Gender Violence" to the National Council of the Women for her administration.
