Declare a national historical place, at the site or fraction of the rural terrain of the Paraje de Punta de los Llanos, Province of La Rioja. Sanctioned: November 19, 2014 Enacted in Fact: December 15, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-State historical place, in the terms of Law 12.665 its complementary and modifying, to the predium or fraction of rural land of the Paraje de Punta de los Llanos on the national route 38 in the province of La Rioja, in the who is paid tribute to the memory of Monsignor Enrique Angelelli.

ARTICLE 2 °-State historical place, in the terms of Law 12.665 its complementary and modifying, to the Low Parage of Luke at the place where the mutilated and murdered bodies of the parents Carlos of God Murias were found and Gabriel Longueville, near the town of Chamal, province of La Rioja.

ARTICLE 3-The national executive branch, through the National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places and of the appropriate agencies, will adopt the necessary collections for the purpose of complying with the provisions of the articles previous.

Article 4 °-Facultál a la Secretaría de Cultura y a la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos de la Nación, for the dissemination of the historical sites declared by Articles 1 ° and 2 °.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
