The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Legend. Establish the obligation to exhibit in a visible place a legend that says in clear and legible lyrics: " The sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and the trafficking of persons in Argentina is a severely criminal offence. Report it. ' The application authority shall establish the format, the languages in which the legend will appear and the number of the free telephone line receiving complaints about sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and trafficking in persons in force.

ARTICLE 2-Scope of application. The provisions of Article 1 will be implemented at national and international airports, port terminals, land transport terminals, public transport facilities, border crossings, public tourist offices and official sites. promotion of the country, with the application authority being able to expand the spaces listed according to the needs, strategic of the area concerned.

ARTICLE 3-Sanctions. In the event of non-compliance with this law by concessionary companies under concession contracts concluded with the State, the penalties provided for in those agreements shall apply.

ARTICLE 4 °-Authority of application. The enforcement authority of this law is the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation, which will sign agreements with the Ministry of Security of the Nation, the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation, the Ministry of the Interior and Transportation of the Nation, with provincial governments, municipal governments, and any public or private body that is relevant to the fulfillment of the objectives of this law.

ARTICLE 5-Regulation. This law must be regulated within a maximum period of sixty (60) days from the date of its sanction.

ARTICLE 6-Commune to the national executive branch.
