National University of Rafaela, Santa Fe province. Creation. Sanctioned: December 03, 2014 Enacted in Fact: December 23, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Create the National University of Rafaela-Argentina, with headquarters in Rafaela, Santa Fe province, being the city, the seat of its Central authorities.

Article 2-The national executive branch is empowered to manage and accept from public and private institutions the transfer of movable and immovable property that will constitute the patrimony of the National University of Rafaela-Argentina.

ARTICLE 3-The Ministry of Education shall have the designation of an organizing rector who shall have the privileges conferred by Article 49 of Law 24,521, and shall last in his office until such time as the authorities establishing the future are elected. National University of Rafaela-Argentina.

ARTICLE 4-The expenses that the implementation of this law requires will be met with the specific departure of the credit for the national universities to be determined by the Ministry of Education, until the inclusion of the National University of Rafaela-Argentina, in the law of budget and other resources that enter for any title.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
