Law 27.065

Translations and Adaptations of Works by Foreign Authors. Sanctioned: December 10, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 09, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-For the purposes of the scope of Decree-Law 1251 dated February 4, 1958, as amended by Decree-Law 6066 dated April 25, 1958 and ratified by Law 14.467, as of the sanction of this law, shall be understood as Theatrical works of national author to the translations and adaptations of theatrical works of foreign author made by translators and/or Argentine or foreign adapters with no less than five (5) years of residence in the country.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TEN DAYS OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
