GRAPHIC arts National Arts graphic national law 27.067 Institute national of the arts graphic. Creation. National graphic arts. Promotion, promotion, protection and dissemination. Adopted: 10 December 2014 fact promulgated: 09 January 2015 the Senate and Chamber of deputies of the Argentina nation gathered in Congress, etc. they attest to the force of law: article 1 - object. This law aims to the promotion, the promotion, protection and dissemination of national graphic arts.
Article 2 °-definition. For the purposes of this Act, refers to graphic arts the artistic execution in the following disciplines: to) illustrations. (b) the humorous drawing and caricature; (c) the cartoon humorous and dramatic; (d) the typographic art.
Article 3 - creation. Create the National Institute of the arts graphic - INAG-, in the field of the Ministry of culture of the nation.
Article 4 - functions. The Institute national of the arts graphic, as governing body of promotion, promotion, preservation, archiving and dissemination of Argentine graphic arts, has the following functions: to) promote, encourage and stimulate the development of graphic arts throughout the territory of the Republic of Argentina, through the different tools that are arranged in the present law; (b) promote the editing of books, magazines and publications that are driven by artists graphics, in format paper and in support digital; (c) promote the preservation of the historical heritage generated by graphic artists; (d) keep, display and understand in the acquisition of original works and significant collections of national graphic heritage; (e) preserve donations of works and collections of individuals, public or private institutions; f) carry out permanent, special and traveling exhibitions of graphic artists Argentine or foreign; (g) encourage education and contribute to the training and development of graphic artists in all its expressions and specialties;

Article 5 - functional structure. The National Institute of graphic arts is led by a director, in collaboration with an Advisory Board, which are governed by the provisions of this law, and other rules that apply to you in accordance with its purpose and functions.
Article 6 ° - Director. Article 7 – functions. The Director of the Instituto Nacional of the arts graphic will have the following functions: to) draw up an annual Plan of action and the General budget of the Institute national of the arts graphics, together with the Advisory Board; (b) manage, perceive and manage the budget and revenues that could get in every respect, as well as to manage the assets of the Institute; (c) enforce the promotion measures aimed at developing the activity of graphic artists, respects cultural, artistic, technical, industrial and commercial, and may for this purpose sponsor contests, setting up awards, award scholarships for study and research and all actions conducive to achieving its mission; d) promote the creation of an archive and documentation centre, in order to preserve and make known the heritage that make up different graphic arts of the country and integrate the information with other archives and documentation centres similar, the Argentina and abroad; (e) to promote the dissemination and exhibition of works of national graphic artists abroad; (f) manage and update the single registry of graphic artists, groups, and associations, created by article 10 of this law; (g) advising other government agencies on matters in which the activity of the graphic arts; is involved (h) draw up an annual report on the actions implemented to achieve the implementation of the objectives in this law, submitted to the Advisory Council and raise it to the Ministry of culture of the nation.
Article 8 - Advisory Council. The Advisory Board is chaired by the director of the National Institute of the graphic arts, and integrates with five (5) members appointed by the national executive power, who duran in their offices for the term of two (2) years, renewable for equal term. Namely: (1) a representative of the Ministry of culture of the nation. One (1) representative of the Federal Council of culture. Two (2) members on a proposal from the set of the representative institutions of the graphic artists or those that have the largest number of partners. One (1) member of accredited experience in the area of research of the graphic arts. Article 9 - functions. The Advisory Board has the following functions: to) collaborate with the director of the National Institute of graphic arts in the design and implementation of the annual plan of action and the budget of the Institute; b) advising the director of the National Institute of graphic arts in all actions aimed at the fulfilment of the objectives of this Act; (c) propose to the director of the National Institute of the graphic arts the realization of activities, exhibitions, homages, and other actions that they deem conducive; (d) analyse the annual management report drawn up by the director of the National Institute of the graphic arts and make observations it deems conducive.
ARTICLE 10. -Single registry of graphic artists, groups and related associations. Create the single registry of graphic artists, groups and associations, in the scope of the National Institute of graphic arts, which must be registered graphic artists, groups and related associations, for the purposes of ensuring their full participation in activities taking place in your area. The registration of graphic artists shall be effected by means of an affidavit about their status as such, without another requirement. Groupings and related associations may register accrediting its legal structure and complying with other requirements determined by the regulation.
ARTICLE 11. -Budget. The budget of the National Institute of the graphic arts shall consist of the funds to be determined in the national budget annually.
ARTICLE 12. -Participation in the media. Audiovisual media that make up Radio and Television Argentina society of the State should issue and disseminate activities, exhibition schedules and any other activity that carry out the National Institute of the graphic arts, being understood that the mentioned contents are in the public interest.
ARTICLE 13. -Regulation. The present law shall be regulated by the power Executive national, in the term of ninety (90) days counted starting from its promulgation.
ARTICLE 14. -Communicate to the national executive power.
