Institute National Identity Day Villera. Sanctioned: December 17, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 20, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Institutional on the 7th of October of each year as the National Day of Identity Villera, in tribute to Father Carlos Mugica on the anniversary of his birth.

Article 2 °-The Ministry of Education of the Nation, within the framework of the Federal Council of Education, will promote the incorporation in the school calendar of the date mentioned in the preceding article and will implement activities aimed at spreading among the students the knowledge and the meaning of the commemoration highlighting the values that make up the village identity such as: solidarity, optimism, hope, generosity, humility and value for the collective.

Article 3-Invite the provincial educational jurisdictions and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to adhere to this law.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
