Law 27.101

Declare National Historic Tree, a copy in the Province of Salta. Sanctioned: December 17, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 20, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-State historical tree, in the terms of Law 12.665, to the specimen of white carob (Prosopis alba) located in the jurisdiction of the municipality of Campo Santo, Department of General Guemes, province of Salta.

Article 2 °-The National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places, dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will use all things to comply with this law.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
