Law 27.093

Create the Pizarro National Reserve. Accept Cefunes. Sanctioned: December 16, 2014 Enacted: January 21, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Acceptance of the disposals made by the province of Salta to the national State, by provincial law 7,654, on the rural buildings located in the Anta Department, province of Salta, and identified with the Nros Matricas. 16,133, 16.126, 16.407 and 17.457, this last Northern Fraction resulting from the mensura and subdivision of the rural building previously identified with Matriculation No. 16,128. The same will be affected to the Law Regime 22,351 of National Parks.

ARTICLE 2 °-Accepts the conditions and charges established by the province of Salta in article 4 ° of the law 7,654, with respect to the retrocession of the disposals referred to in that law.

ARTICLE 3-Create the National Pizarro Reserve, which covers the territorial extension described in article 1 ° in the Department of Anta of the province of Salta, which from the promulgation of the present will be subject to the rule of law 22.351.

Article 4 °-The erogations that demand the fulfillment of the present will be imputed to the budgetary jurisdiction of the Administration of National Parks in the General Budget of the National Administration.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the Executive Branch.
