Approve Investment Accounts presented by the Executive Branch, corresponding to the Exercises 2009 and 2010. Sanctioned: December 29, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 20, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Approve the Investment Account presented by the Executive Branch, corresponding to the Financial Year 2009.

ARTICLE 2 °-Approve the Investment Account presented by the Executive Branch, corresponding to the Financial Year 2010.

ARTICLE 3-The statuette in Articles 1 and 2 of the present, shall not prejudice the initiation or prosecution of the proceedings directed to the effectiveization of the responsibilities that emerge from the facts and acts carried out by the public officials during the period covered by the investment accounts which are approved by the present, or to the fulfilment of the decisions which originate from them.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-NINE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
