Declare General Andres Guacurari National Hero. Sanctioned: December 17, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 20, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-State hero to the post mortem general don Andrés Guacurari also known as commander Andresito or Andresito Artigas, as a tribute and historical reparation for his contribution to the epic of the emancipation of the continent American.

ARTICLE 2 °-Designase national headquarters for the commemoration of the battle of Apostles the historic site, located in the city of Apostles, province of Misiones, and institute on the 2nd of July of each year as Day of the Commemoration and Remembrance of Don Andres Guacurari.

Article 3 °-The national executive branch will have to carry out activities of dissemination and publicity of the libertarian epic of don Andrés Guacurari.

ARTICLE 4 °-It was incorporated on July 2 as Day of the Commemoration and Remembrance of Don Andrés Guacurari, in the calendar of official acts and commemorations of the Nation.

ARTICLE 5-It was incorporated on July 2 as the Day of the Commemoration and Remembrance of Don Andrés Guacurari, to the school calendar.

Article 6 °-Encomiendase to the Ministry of Education of the Nation, through the Federal Council of Education and the educational authorities of the different jurisdictions, to agree to the incorporation into the curricular contents of the educational system, in its various levels and modalities, the diffusion and the study of the libertarian epic of don Andrés Guacurari.

ARTICLE 7 °-Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to adhere to this law.

ARTICLE 8 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
