Convention of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration. Please approve modifications. Sanctioned: December 16, 2014 Enacted: January 27, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-The amendments to the Constitution of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE), contained in Resolution N ° AG-7/2009, whose authenticated copy is an integral part of this Law as Annex I, are approved. Under these reforms Articles 4 °, 5 °, 6 ° and 35 of the said Convention are amended, including the increase of the authorized capital of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE) of USD 2 billion (U$S 2,000,000,000), which leads to a new authorized capital corresponding to the sum of dollars Five billion Americans ($5,000,000,000)

Article 2-Approve the subscription of eight thousand six hundred and forty (8,640) Series B shares, equivalent to US dollars eighty-six million four hundred thousand (U$S 86,400,000), corresponding to the Argentine Republic in the increase of approved capital.

Article 3-The said subscription is divided into seventy-five percent (75%) of eligible capital which is equivalent to the sum of US dollars sixty-four million eight hundred thousand (U$S 64,800,000) and 25% (25%) of capital payable which is equivalent to the sum of US dollars twenty-one million six hundred thousand (U$S 21,600,000). The portion of the capital payable shall be cancelled as follows: A) With Series E Certificates, the sum of US dollars fourteen million eight hundred nineteen thousand two hundred and thirty-six with thirteen cents (U$S 14,819,236.13); and B) Cash, the sum of US dollars six million seven hundred Eighty thousand seven hundred and sixty-three with eighty-seven cents (U$S 6.780.763.87), which must be paid by the Argentine Republic by means of four (4) annual, equal and consecutive quotas, each one for the amount of US dollars a six hundred and ninety-five thousand ninety with ninety-seven cents (U$S) 1.695.190.97). The first of these quotas must be cancelled at the latest within one (1) year from the 13th of November 2012.

ARTICLE 4 °-Authorize the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina as a depositary and agent of the country to the international financial institutions, to make in the name and on behalf of the Argentine Republic the contributions and subscriptions established by this law.

Article 5-In order to deal with the emerging commitments in this law, the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic must have the corresponding counterpart funds to be provided by the Secretariat of Finance of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, prior to the inclusion of this administration in the General Budget Law of the National Administration in the relevant exercises.

ARTICLE 6-Commune to the national executive branch.
