Repeal the declaration of 'subject to privatisation' Decree No 1.398/1990 and Decree No 1.197/1997. Law 24,045. Amendment. Sanctioned: May 27, 2015 Enacted: June 17, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Repeal the declaration of "subject to privatization" made by Annex I to Decree 1.398 dated 23 July 1990, subsequently approved by Article 1 of Law 24,045, of the Military Factory of Blue and Explosives, The Fray Luis Beltran Military Factory, the Rio Tercero Military Factory and the Military Factory of the Polvoras and Explosives Villa Maria.

ARTICLE 2-Substitute Annex I to Article 1 of Law 24,045 by the Annex that integrates this law.

ARTICLE 3-Repealing Decree 1.197 of 14 November 1997 and its rules of procedure.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
