Create charges. Sanctioned: September 23, 2015 Enacted: October 14, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Creanse in the ambit of the General Defensoria of the Nation three (3) charges of official defender before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, which as Annex I is accompanied to the present.

ARTICLE 2 °-This law will be implemented once the necessary budgetary credit is available for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands, which will be charged to the budget of the Public Ministry of Defense, once assigned the specific item, which shall be included in accordance with the provisions of the law. The magistrates who are appointed in the created posts will only take possession of the same when the aforementioned financial condition is met.

Article 3 °-The national executive branch shall have the necessary to include the items corresponding to the services provided in the draft of the general budget of the National Administration for the financial year next to the date of publication of the present.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
