Incorporation. Legal status of the Automotive. Amendment. Sanctioned: September 23, 2015 Enacted: October 14, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Incorporated into national law, for the purposes provided for in Article 40 of the Protocol of Ouro Preto approved by Law 24,560, the Decisions of the Council of the Common Market of MERCOSUR Nros.: 53 of 16 December 2010 and 52 of 6 December 2012 and the Resolution of the Common Market Group of MERCOSUR No 33 of 8 October 2014, whose photocopies authenticated in Spanish are added as an Annex to this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-The rules that are incorporated herein shall enter into force in accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of the Protocol of Ouro Preto approved by law 24,560.

ARTICLE 3-Substitute Article 25 of the Legal Regime of the Automotor (Decree-Law 6.582/58, ratified by Law 14.467 -t.o. decree 1.114/97- and its amendments), by the following:

Article 25: The characteristics of the identification plate provided for in the previous article shall be established by the regulations, in the terms of the national rules and the international agreements in the field.

Article 4 °-Encomiendase a la Dirección Nacional de los Regiones Nacionales de la Propiedad del Automotor y de Credits Prendós dependent de la Subsecretaria de Coordinación y Control de Gestión Registral de la Secretaría de Affaires Registrales of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, the dictation of the rules that correspond to the adequacy of the provisions of a technical nature and record that concern the matter addressed by the Decisions and the Resolution mentioned in the article 1 °.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
