Approve the Convention on the Prerogatives and Immunities of the Agency for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean. Sanctioned: September 23, 2015 Enacted: October 13, 2015
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1-Approve the Convention on the Prerogatives and Immunities of the Agency for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean (OPANAL), held in Mexico City-United Mexican States-on 23 December 1969, consisting of eight (8) articles, the authenticated copy of which is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-THREE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
