National Pedagogical University. Creation. Sanctioned: October 07, 2015 Enacted in Fact: November 12, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

CREATION OF THE NATIONAL PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Article 1-Create the National Pedagogical University, which will be subject to the legal regime applicable to national universities.

Article 2 °-The National Pedagogical University will be constituted on the basis of the current Pedagogic University of the Province of Buenos Aires. To these ends, the national executive branch is empowered to agree, through the Ministry of Education of the Nation, with the government of the province of Buenos Aires, the transfer to the new university of all the educational services of the provincial university, its movable and immovable property, its managerial staff, teacher and non-teaching staff, and its students.

Article 3-The convention shall ensure: (a) that the transferred personnel maintain in all cases identity or equivalence in the hierarchy, functions and status of the journal in which they are at the date of the transfer; pay is not lower than they are currently perceived. In the event that, as a result of their new framing in the national universities scheme, the remuneration of certain teaching or non-teaching staff would be lower than those they received, the agents concerned would be entitled to a supplement in the conditions and modalities provided for by decree 5.592/68, which must be paid by the province of Buenos Aires until it is consumed by future increases. The recognition of his seniority in the career and in his office is the character of it.

Article 4-The incorporation of all students of the provincial university into the new university must also be guaranteed, recognizing their academic status, which will be credited with the constances of the official registers the date of the effective transfer.

ARTICLE 5-The authorities of the current Pedagogic University of the Province of Buenos Aires that would have been chosen by the cloisters and the members of their governing bodies, will exercise

identical functions at the new national university to the end of their respective mandates.

Article 6-The National Pedagogical University will be governed by the current statutes of the provincial university, in all that it does not oppose the national legislation in the field. Within a period of no more than ninety (90) days of the transfer, the university assembly must be convened for the purpose of issuing the final statutes.

Article 7 °-The creation of the National Pedagogical University, which is provided by this law, is subject to the implementation of the agreement referred to in Article 2 with the Previstas modalities in Article 3.

Article 8 °-The Ministry of Education of the Nation must constitute a special commission that will have as its mission to prepare in the least possible the instruments necessary to concretize the transfer.

Article 9 °-Facultate the Executive Branch to make the necessary forecasts in the national budget assigned to the Ministry of Education of the Nation, in order to fulfill the objective of this law.
