Article 1 °-National Capital of Craft Carnival. It is declared as such to the party of Lincoln, province of Buenos Aires.
Article 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TEN DAYS OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND EIGHTEEN.
