Adopt an instrument for guidance and mobility.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1 °.-Adopt from this law, the use of the red and white cane throughout the territory of the Argentine Republic as an instrument of orientation and mobility for people with deafoceguera.
The same will have the same characteristics in weight, length, elastic grip, rewind and fluorescent ring as the white batons used by blind people.
ARTICLE 2 °.-The red and white cane shall be considered as an element and/or instrument of support under the terms of Article 35 of Law 24,901 and its coverage shall be obligatory for all the agents mentioned in Articles 2 and 3 of that law.
Article 3 °.-Facultate the national executive branch to implement the necessary mechanisms for the implementation of a massive national dissemination campaign about the advantages of using red and white cane for people with Deafoceguan and its meaning for the understanding of all citizens.
ARTICLE 4 °.-Commune to the national executive branch.
