Declaration.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.

Law:

Article 1 °.-State historical monument, in the terms of Law 12.665, to the historic block of the National University of the Litoral composed of the buildings of the rectorate and of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of said house of studies, sita in the city of Santa Fe, department of the capital of the province of the same name, whose cadastral data are: plot 125, apple 3,527, heading 10-11-05120290/0001-5.

Article 2 °.-The National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historical Assets, which is dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will use all the information to comply with this law and will take appropriate measures for the purposes of ensure the custody, conservation, restoration and restoration of the national historic monument declared by this law.

ARTICLE 3 °.-The National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historical Goods, dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will register in the National Register of Historical Goods the monument declared in article 1 ° of this law, with the reference national historical monument.

ARTICLE 4 °.-Commune to the national executive branch.
