NATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR THE VOLUNTARY DELIVERY OF FIREARMS

Law:
ARTICLE 1 °.-A new execution period is available, starting from 1 January 2018 until 31 December 2019, from the National Volunteer Delivery Program for Firearms, created by law 26.216, extended by decree 560 dated April 3 and by laws 26,520, 26,644, 26,792, 26,919 and 27.286.
Article 2.-Amend Article 9 of Law 26.216, which shall be worded as follows:
Article 9 °: Condonation of debts. The legitimate users who deliver their firearms will benefit from the cancellation of the debts to be registered by the National Agency for Controlled Materials (ANMAC). The latter will include the rights, fees and/or fines and its updates, for whatever concept is, the archive of the performances in administrative headquarters is available.
ARTICLE 3.-Substitute Article 11 of Law 26.216, by the following:
Article 11: Reports. The implementing authority shall produce a monthly report for the duration of the programme and after the end of the programme it shall draw up a final report, all of which is public in the detail of the materials delivered and destroyed.
ARTICLE 4.-Amend Article 14 of Law 26.216, which shall be worded as follows:
Article 14: The National Agency for Controlled Materials (ANMAC) shall carry out an inventory of firearms covered by law 20,429, ammunition, main spare parts, explosives and controlled materials, whether public or private, throughout the national territory.
ARTICLE 5.-Amend Article 15 of Law 26.216, which shall be worded as follows:
Article 15: In accordance with the provisions set out in the previous article, the national state, through the National Agency for Controlled Materials (ANMAC), may agree with public and private, national and provincial agencies. for the carrying out of the mentioned inventory.
ARTICLE 6.-Commune to the national executive branch.
