Law:
ARTICLE 1 -All public passenger transport means, of national origin, which provide services for any title within the jurisdiction of the national State and also outside it, are obliged to dispose of their transport units of a visible and prominent space in which the legend "the Falkland Islands are Argentine" must be registered, with a typography and format that will determine the regulations.
ARTICLE 2 -The provisions of the previous article will apply to the public transport of passengers moving through streets, avenues, routes, highways, highways, rail, river, lake, sea and air transport.
ARTICLE 3 -All the arrival, departure or scale of the means of transport in question must also have a visible and prominent space for the purposes of registering the same legend of the article first and according to the format and form which establish the rules.
ARTICLE 4 -They are obliged to maintain and protect the posters containing the legend of the article first, all the Public Transport Companies of Passengers reached by this law.
ARTICLE 5 -It will be the Enforcement Authority of the present law the national executive branch through the Secretariat of Transportation, dependent of the Ministry of the Interior and Transportation of the Nation.
ARTICLE 6 -Provincial jurisdictions are invited to adhere to this law, and in particular to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for the purpose of incorporating the provisions of this initiative for the underground transportation service.
