ARTICLE 1- Approve the II Supplementary Protocol to the Treaty of Maipus of Integration and Cooperation between the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Chile Relating to the Binational Entity for the "Tunel de Baja Altura-Ferrocarril Trasandino Central" Project, Signed in the city of Santiago-Republic of Chile-on December 23, 2014, consisting of nineteen (19) articles, whose authenticated copy is part of this law.
