Law:
ARTICLE 1- Article 6 of Law 24.043 and Article 7 of Law 24,411 shall be abolished.
ARTICLE 2- Amend Article 8 of Law 26,564, which shall be worded as follows:
'Article 8 °: The request for benefit shall be made by the Secretariat of Human Rights, which is dependent on the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation.'
ARTICLE 3- Establish that the application of the benefits provided for in the laws 24,043, 24,411 and 26,564 has no expiry date.
ARTICLE 4 °- The national executive branch will proceed to include in the draft general budget of the national administration for each year the credit necessary to pay for the payment of the emerging benefits of the aforementioned laws.
ARTICLE 5- Communicate to the Executive Branch.
