Law:
ARTICLE 1- Approve the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, adopted by the Conference of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), at its 31st session and opened for signature in Rome-Italian Republic-on 3 November 2001, consisting of thirty-five (35) articles and two (2) Annexes, the authenticated photocopy of which forms part of this law.
