ARTICLE 1- Approve THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT FOR THE REGASIFICATION OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS BETWEEN THE EASTERN REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY AND THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC, held in Buenos Aires on 2 August 2011, consisting of FIVE (5) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
