VISTO the resignation presented by the Director of the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC Dr. Dn. Agustín Alberto PEREZ MARAVIGLIA, and
CONSIDERING:
That for the purpose of replacing the post, the HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NATION has provided the Agreement No. 17 of 25 June 1997 to appoint Dr. Dn as Director of that Institution. Federico Miguel CAPARROS BOSCH, as proposed by Message No. 1060 of September 19, 1996.
That under articles 7 and 13 of Act No. 24,144 - Organic Charter of the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTIN REPUBLIC, it is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER to issue the relevant measure in order to effect such a designation.
