ASIGNATION TO THE MINISTERY OF EDUCATION AND JUSTICE OF RESOURCES FOR ESCOLARES CONSTRUCTIONS.
BUENOS AIRES, September 30, 1958
The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation,
in Congress, etc.

ARTICLE 1. The Ministry of Education and Justice is encouraged by the resources provided for in article 12 of Decree-Law 8,718 of 29 July 1957 and is authorized to apply them to the construction, expansion, rehabilitation, refurbishment and/or preservation of educational and cultural buildings throughout the territory of the Nation.
ARTICLE 2. Authorize the Ministry of Education and Justice to carry out the resources listed in the preceding article or to which it was agreed to, with the same fate, except those from the negotiation of titles, maintenance and repair of rented and/or freely ceded educational premises. The agreed authorization will only include repair and maintenance of ceilings, ceilings, structures, revokes and ledges, floors and counterparts, coatings, electrical, sanitary, gas and/or heating facilities as well as openings, laundering and painting arrangements, and in general any work that is necessary to ensure the integrity and proper functioning of the buildings and the normal development of the activity that is carried out in them.
ARTICLE 3. Extensive correlation with the National Council of Education and the National Commission for Learning and Vocational Guidance should be made to the authorisation agreed to by Article 2 of the present.
