LEY N° 14.769

Judges. Procedure. Increase the number of judges of the National Appeals Chamber in the Commercial of the Federal Capital and establish first instance courts in the commercial and Registry. It also establishes that the resolutions of the latter in registration cases will be appealable in relation.

Promulgated: October 21, 1958.

WHY:

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., punishes with force of
LEY:

ARTICLE 1 Increase to nine the number of judges of the National Appeals Chamber in the Commercial of the Federal Capital.

ARTICLE 2°- Create an additional secretariat for the National House of Appeals in the Commercial of the Federal Capital, with the same number of employees that establishes the budget law for the current ones.

ARTICLE 3- Three first-instance courts for the Federal Capital and nine secretariats are established, with the same number of employees and line items for office expenses as set out in the budget law for the current courts.

ARTICLE 4°- Refer to a national court of first instance in the commercial register of the Federal Capital, which will be headed by the Public Registry of Commerce and will have three secretariats, integrating their staff with the current level assigned by the budget law to the registry.

For this one time, secretaries of the national court of first instance may be appointed in the commercial register of the Federal Capital, to the staff with the title of scribe currently in office in that registry.

ARTICLE 5°- Resolutions that cause taxation and are issued in cases of registration in the national court of first instance in the commercial register of the Federal Capital are only appealable in relation.

ARTICLE 6°- The greatest expense that demands compliance with this law will be met with the credit forecasts existing in Annex 23, "Supreme Court of Justice and Inferior Courts".

Authorize the national executive branch to make the necessary compensations and the transfer of credits to Annex 5, "Ministry of Education and Justice", as a result of the change in jurisdiction of the Public Registry of Commerce.

ARTICLE 7- Contact the Executive.

Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, on the thirtieth day of the month of September of the year thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight.
