DEROGATION OF EXENSIONS TO THE PAYMENT OF TASES BY CORREO SERVICES AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation,
in Congress, etc.

ARTICLE 1. - Deploy all legal provisions that have agreed to the exemption from payment of the rates for services provided by the General Directorate of Posts and Telecommunications, which shall be paid in accordance with the applicable rates.

ARTICLE 2. - Except as provided in article 1 for the contribution made by the General Directorate of Posts and Telecommunications in the provision of postal and telecommunications services pursuant to article 11 of Act No. 13,992, as well as for cases of exemptions of payment expressly provided for in the tariff decrees issued or issued by the National Executive, in accordance with the attribution provided in Act No. 13,476.
