ARTICLE 1.-Choose to the rank of embassy the category of the permanent diplomatic representation of the Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium.

ARTICLE 2. Expenditures resulting from the implementation of this Act shall be met with an impact on the provisions of the current budget for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship.

ARTICLE 3.-Communicate to the Executive.
