The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, assembled in Congress, are strongly sanctioned by LEY: ARTICLE 1 . Declárase constituted as a company of the State, dependent on the Ministry of Finance of the Nation, under the law 13.653, to the Argentine Joint Institute of Insurance, which will henceforth be called the National Institute of Insurance. ARTICLE 2 El The executive branch will determine by regulation:(a) The organizational status, which shall set the terms of reference and govern the operation of the new company, and
(b) All matters relating to the liquidation of the Argentine Joint Institute of Insurance.
Article 3 . Until the regulations provided for in the previous article, the management of the Institute shall conform to the provisions of Act No. 12,988, with the authority of the Executive Branch to take all measures it deems necessary for the purpose of the best implementation of this Act. ARTICLE 4 . Authorize the executive branch to perform the necessary credit operations that demand compliance with this law. ARTICLE 5o (Article vetoed by Decree No. 8.426/52 B.O. 20/10/1952) ARTICLE 6 .
