The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, assembled in Congress, are strongly sanctioned by LEY: ARTICLE 1 O Substitute article 7 of Law 13.337 for the following:Article 7 . These pensions will be compatible with another salary, retirement, liquid income or any other income or assistance from the national State, provincial or foreign states, or from its municipalities, autocarchic entities or social insurance boxes, when they do not exceed, in conjunction, for each beneficiary, one thousand pesos national currency per month. These are covered by this provision, pensions subject to Article 7 of Decree Law 17.923/44, ratified by Law 12.921.
ARTICLE 2 O The expenditure that demands compliance with this law shall be charged to article 3 of Law 13.478. ARTICLE 3o O Contact the Executive.Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress in Buenos Aires, on the thirtieth day of the month of September of the year a thousand nine hundred and fifty-two.
