SANCIONA WITH FORCE OF LEY.
ARTICLE 1. Expand the provision contained in the article 21, chapter III, of law 13.064 - law of public works - in the sense that the bond or guarantee referred to in this article may also be constituted by real mortgage rights in the first degree, or by means of registration in accordance with the provisions of the Law 12.962 (decree) 15.348-1946).
Art. 2.- The executive branch shall regulate the application of this law within sixty days of promulgation.
