LEY 14.149

Sanctioned: September 19 - 1952

Promulgated: October 7-of 1952

WHY:

The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc. They sanction with strength of

LEY:

ARTICLE 1 - The payment by the frentist owners of the pavements built or to be built by the government of the Nation in the port zones, the roads or streets of access to the same and the coastal paths is mandatory.

ARTICLE 2 - The payment of this tax shall be in accordance with the liquidation made by the distribution carried out by the work.

ARTICLE 3 The liquidation referred to in the preceding article shall be carried out in accordance with the following rules:

(a) According to the cost of the works;

(b) When the built pavement is located in urbanized areas, and the pavement is of the same type as the one built by the respective municipality, the affected properties will pay a gravel identical to that applied by that municipality, provided that they have been built both within a term of five years;

(c) When the built pavement is located in undeveloped areas, it will be applicable to the clauses that regarding the surplus value are contained in the road law.

ARTICLE 4 - The obligation established in article 1. of this law, it must be considered in force from the date of the construction of the aforementioned pavements.

ARTICLE 5° - In all other aspects not covered by this law, the affected properties shall be subject to resolutions,
ordinances, laws in force in the locality or to which they correspond by law of national viality.

ARTICLE 6 The Executive Power is authorized to make agreements with the governments of provinces or local authorities that are legally necessary for the purposes of the implementation of this Act.
