The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, sanction with force
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - Approve the establishment of diplomatic and consular relations between the Argentine Republic and the State of Israel, carried out by means of the reversal notes signed in the city of Buenos Aires, on May 31, 1949, for its excellence the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Juan Atilio Bramuglia, representing the Argentine government, and by Dr. Carlos M. Grunberg, representing the State of Israel.
ARTICLE 2 - Believe the legation of the Argentine Republic in the State of Israel, based in Tel Aviv.
Article 3 - Contact the executive branch.
Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, on the thirty-one day of May of the year, a thousand nine hundred and fifty-one.
