PROMULATE THE CRIMINAL LAW FOR AGENTINS PROPOSING POLITICAL OR ECONOMIC SANCTIONS AGAINST THE STATE LEY N° 14.034 Will be implemented through National Justice Sanctioned: 18-7-51

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, assembled in Congress, are strongly sanctioned by LEY:
ARTICLE 1 It will be repressed with imprisonment of five to twenty-five years and absolute and perpetual disqualification, the Argentinean who, by any means, promotes the application of political or economic sanctions against the Argentine State.
ARTICLE 2°- The implementation of this Act shall be carried out by the National Justice. The statute of limitations shall not apply as long as the perpetrator of the offence is outside the national jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 3°- Contact the Executive.
