The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, sanction with force
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - Créase un Juzgado Federal de Section en la ciudad de San Isidro, provincia de Buenos Aires, con jurisdicción territorial en los matches de Las Conchas, San Fernando, San Isidro, Vicente Lopez, General San Martín, Morón, Pilar, Exaltación de la Cruz, Campana, General Sarmiento, Merlo y Zárate.
ARTICLE 2 This Federal Court will have the same category, Secretariats and personnel as that of the city of La Plata, created by Law No. 13.580.
ARTICLE 3o - The Federal Court of San Isidro Section will only intervene in cases that begin after installation.
ARTICLE 4o - Please enable the executive branch to invest up to the sum of fifty thousand pesos ($ 50,000) national currency for the costs of installation and acquisition of furniture and supplies that demand its operation.
ARTICLE 5o - The salaries and expenses that demand compliance with this law, until they are included in the General Budget Law of the Nation, shall be taken from general income, with charge to it.
