LEY:
Article 1 - Approve the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Argentine Republic and the Commonwealth of Ireland, carried out by the change of reversal notes signed in the city of Wáshington on 29 July, by the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Argentine Republic in the United States of America and the extraordinary envoy and plenipotentiary minister of the Commonwealth of Ireland in that capital.
Article 2 - Créase the Argentine legation in Ireland, based in Dublin.
Article 3: Contact the Executive.
Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, on June 8, nine hundred and forty-nine.
