LEY 13.576

Please outline the rules for granting them to members of the National Social Welfare Institute in a position to retire.

Sanctioned: September 28-1949

Promulgated: October 5-1949

WHY:

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress sanction with force
LEY:

ARTICLE 1 — The members of the Sections of the National Social Welfare Institute, provided for in article 31 of Decree 29176/44 (Act 12,921), or their beneficiaries, who, in the opinion of the corresponding sectional board, give prima facie credit to the requirements for retirement or pension, shall be entitled to the advancement of a monthly amount equivalent to a minimum established in the rules of Law 13,478.

ARTICLE 2° — Once the benefit is agreed, the total amount of the advances will be deducted from the first liquidation.

ARTICLE 3° — In the event that the benefit is denied, the sum of the amounts advanced, with more interest, will constitute a debt required, in accordance with the provisions governing the regular loans agreed to by the National Social Insurance Institute.

ARTICLE 4° — The beneficiaries, referred to in article 1 shall make affidavits expressing the sole successors of the offender entitled to a pension.

ARTICLE 5° — If the participant fails before the benefit is agreed upon, the accrued retirees will be handed over to their eligible pension holders, after deduction of the amounts advanced to the participant. In the event that there are no survivors entitled to a pension, the retiring process will continue until its completion, and the amounts given to the participant, in advance, will be considered as retirement assets accrued and perceived by the extinct.

ARTICLE 6° — Contact the Executive.
