WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, assembled in Congress, etc., sanction by force of LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - Amend the second paragraph of article 52 of the Organic Law for the personnel of the Navy (12,980) as follows: The personal lizards of the officers of the rank of admiral shall be qualified by the Minister of Navy together with the vice admirals who are in effective service. The personal lizards of the officers of the rank of vice admiral will be studied by the Minister of Marina.

Given in the Sala de Sesiones of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, on the 12th day of the month of August of the year a thousand nine hundred forty-eight.
