ANNOUNCED TO THE SOVIETIC UNION

LEY No. 12.869

Buenos Aires, October 9, 1946.

WHY:

The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, assembled in Congress, etc., sanction with force

LEY:

Article 1 - Créase, with category of Embassy, the permanent diplomatic representation of the Argentine Republic in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Article 2 - In order to comply with Article 1 of this Law, please hold the following positions: an Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador; an Extraordinary Envoy and First Class Plenipotentiary Minister; a First Class Embassy Counsellor; a Second Class Embassy Counsellor; two First Class Secretaries; two Second Class Secretaries; three Attached, two Assistants; and two Second Class Assistants;

Art. 3 - The expenses involved in the implementation of this Act shall be charged to the Act, until they are included in the general budget.

Article 4 - Contact the Executive.

Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress in Buenos Aires to October 9, 1946.
