Because the Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, assembled in Congress, etc., sanction with force of law:
Article 1 - Believe the Military Social Institute Doctor Dámaso Centeno on the basis of the current Institute Incorporated Dámaso Centeno, aimed especially at the education and assistance of orphans of soldiers without resources and other members of the military family in the same situation.
Art. 2° - This institution will be administered by the Protective Society of Military Orphans, under the supervision of the Ministry of War. For this purpose, the aforementioned society may use its assets and assets and funds to be provided by the State.
Art. 3rd - The Ministry of War will build a building for the Social Military Institute Doctor Dámaso Centeno, with sufficient capacity to fill the ends of it, considering the elements and premises of which the Protective Society of Military Orphans can be arranged for that purpose.
This building will be erected by the General Directorate of Engineers on the grounds determined by the Ministry of War.
Art. 4° - Authorize the executive branch, for the purposes of the previous article, to use a part of a million five hundred thousand pesos national currency ($ 1,500,000 m/n), of Law 12,737, of military constructions, and the sum of a million pesos national currency ($ 1,000,000 m/n), corresponding to the credit agreed by Decree Law No. 21,450/45, for works of the Military Protector Society.
Art. 5° - The Ministry of War shall include in its budget annually the necessary items to finance the expenses of the Institute, after deducting the resources with which the administering society has for that purpose.
The overall cost and resources budget of the Institute will be submitted annually to the Executive Branch for approval through the Ministry of War.
Art. 6° The Executive Power, in regulating this Law, shall establish in particular the control of the administration of the Institute by the Ministry of War, which shall exercise it through a syndicate that shall designate periodically, and the appointment of staff by that State department on the proposal of the Protective Society of Military Orphans.
Art. 7° - Expenditures for compliance with this Act, except for those set out in Article 4 shall be charged against the Act, from general income, until the corresponding provision is included in the general budget of the Nation.
