CONVENTION FOR THE REGULATION OF THE BALLENA CAZA.

BUENOS AIRES, January 31, 1946

ARTICLE 1. Ratify the Convention for the Regulation of Whale Hunt signed in London on 8 June 1937 and the Protocol amending it, which was signed in London on 24 June 1938.

ARTICLE 2. Adher to the protocol signed in London on 7 February 1944 concerning the application of the aforementioned agreement.

ARTICLE 3. Please provide the instruments of ratification and accession.

ARTICLE 4. Make the Honorable Congress of the Nation known in due course.

ARTICLE 5. Communicate, publish in the Official Gazette, give yourself to the National Register and archvese.
