WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc., sanction with force of LEY:
Article 1.° : Replace Article 20 of Law 12.842, by the following:
"The contracts of "storage" or "pastoration" of uncultivated land in the semi-arid region of the provinces of Mendoza, San Juan, Catamarca, La Rioja, San Luis, Salta and governorate of La Pampa, destined for the breeding of cattle, shall be considered for all purposes as a rural lease and governed by the provisions of Law 11.627".
Art. 2° . Contact the executive branch.
Given in the meeting room of the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires, on the fifteenth day of the month of November of the year, a thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
